Sometimes the people who work on our Yard Staff can provide a superior shopping experience at Berkeley Hort, and Eric is a good example. Coming to us after 10+ years working in, and managing East Bay breweries, he was ready for a change…though we understand why he might have been a popular bartender! We got lucky when BHN alumna Jacquie B. introduced her brother Eric. His joy of the outdoors is evident from the first time you meet him. Whether surfing, hiking, or just being outside, he clearly appreciates nature. Being an integral part of our team at the nursery, he orders supplies, and is always willing to take time to chat with customers.
