Rhododendrons

We have just received a late shipment of these beautiful hybrids from our friends at Enjoy Rhododendrons. They have been talking of the possibility of retirement for the past few years, so this may be the last batch we'll ever see. Excellent quality as always.

Olea europaea

Olives are handsome landscape trees, they are appropriate for our dry summer climate, and they can produce fruits for eating (cured) or for oil (pressed). Now, McEvoy Ranch of Marin County, producers of top shelf olive oils is providing us with Certified Organic plants! Come see the eight varieties in stock.

Tillandsia Nests

Come into the greenhouse to check out our Tillandsia (Bromeliad) nests. These pouches are locally hand-knitted in unique fibers. Cotton Linen Paper Moire — A small piece of paper is sandwiched between cotton. Knitted it resembles moss. Fique (of the pineapple family) — A pineapple fiber grown in the rain forest of South America. Jazzy yarn — for a little sparkle.

Roses

This year we brought in most of our rose plants from outside growers. The big advantage for us was not having to wait for them to root into their new pots in order to sell them.
